Cinematographer / Director
Tucker Tripp is a Florida-born video artist and director currently based in Los Angeles. At the age of 22, he has already traveled worldwide on tour creating mini-docs with artists such as Miley Cyrus, Tyler The Creator, and most recently his short documentary film “LA FLAME” shot on Travis Scott’s tour, a strange view of the modern rockstar and trap tour lifestyle. Yet has maintained consistent work within the realm of the brooding LA art scene.
Through the body of his work, Tripp has not only explored the crushingly interesting pathos of rural America, but also the absurd hilarity of modern celebrity culture through a voyeuristic lens. In the incoming year, Tucker is executive producing / co-directing a VICELAND television show chronicling a group of young LA skaters and plans to move into directing his debut short narrative film, a semi-autobiographical take on the bizarre central Florida beach town from where he came.
